DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MUFFIN

INGREDIENTS

9 oz self raising flour
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
½ tsp salt
5tbsp cocoa powder
4 oz chocolate chips/dark & white
4/5 oz brown sugar
260 ml full fat milk
90 ml vegetable oil
1 tbsp essence vanilla
1 egg

METHOD

1. preheat oven at 180 degree C
2. sift flour, soda bicarbonate, cocoa into a bowl. Add salt, cocoa chip and sugar.
3. add milk, oil, vanilla and egg to dry ingredients.
4. mix, don’t over beat or muffin will be heavy.
5. bake for 8-10 min(mini muffin), 12-15 min(larger muffin)

sempena nak raya nih, aku bagi korang resipi lah..sangat sedap tau, mesti try punya.. Selamat Berpuasa..
